Accentuating your nails is one of the least expensive ways to accessorize any outfit. It also happens to be the one of the best ways to express the changes of the seasons. So what nail colors should you wear for fall 2009? Well that seems to be a lingering question, and I’m here to help to answer it for you.
It seems that the nail color trend for fall is deep, dark, rich, romantic colors. OPI happens to be my favorite nail color manufacturer and they have come up with some fantastic colors for the fall. Their fall collection, Coleccion de Espana, has all those deep, rich colors that I was talking about earlier. My favorites of the collection are “Give Me Moor!”, “Here Today…Aragon Tomorrow”, and “Manicurist of Seville”. Those colors scream romance, and they’re only $8.50 a bottle!! Below are a few colors from the collection. You decide which color(s) suit you best.

Another way to go with your nails is Minx Nails …it’s slightly more expensive than regular nail color. For those who don’t know, Minx is a nail trend that has swept across the U.S. Instead of wet and messy polish, Minx is like a sticker that is applied and shaped to the contours of the nail. Of course it has to be applied by Minx technicians, which is probably why it is so expensive. The price ranges from about $40 -$85 (depending on the color selection and service), the process can take about 45 minutes to complete, and the nail set lasts about 8 days. Stars like Beyonce, Mariah Carey, Rihanna, and Fergie are huge fans of Minx. Below are my top four choices for the fall 2009.

Whether you go with OPI, Minx Nails, or some other nail color manufacturer, just keep in mind that deep, dark, rich colors are the way to go this fall.
